What are my shipping options?
Currently, we are only shipping to the USA. USPS is our primary carrier, and is typically the most cost effective. For expedited shipping options please contact us. International buyers please contact us for options.
Pins
Pins are carefully packed in a bubble mailer and ship for $5 flat through USPS Ground Advantage. This includes tracking.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be shipped at the calculated cost for USPS.
Trading Cards (Lorcana, Pokemon)
Individual cards with a purchase price of $10 or more will be shipped in a top-loader.
We offer two options for the shipment of trading cards:
Option 1: Plain White Envelope. This is the most cost effective method, but involves the most risk. Cards will be sleeved in penny sleeves, placed between two layers of card stock and shipped. Tracking and insurance is not offered with this shipping method. No refunds/replacements/exchanges if items do not arrive or if they are damaged in transit.
Option 2: Bubble mailer. This option is offered for $5 flat. Cards will be sleeved in penny sleeves, carefully packed together and secured in a bubble mailer and shipped USPS Ground Advantage with $100 insurance and tracking.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and is generally limited to defective items.
Product Condition
We know you expect the best for your collection, that's why we will alert you in the description if there are any notable defects or exceptions with the item. Older pins without original packaging may have experienced normal wear and handling.
All cards are near mint condition or pack fresh unless otherwise noted. We follow the same process with every pack we open. Packs are carefully opened with glean or gloved hands. Each card is carefully placed into a protective sleeve. High value cards are then placed in a top-loader.
